If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for some other product offered by us. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 7 days from the delivery date of the product. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

- After getting our goods you can change or return them whithin 7 working days, if you are not completly satisfied with our products.
- We will refund the product cost as paid and not the shipping charges if you return or exchange the product(s). You also have to pay the shipping charges of the returning of the product and in case of exchange, the shipment charges of the exchanged product.
- The refund money will be given only if the product is received in its original condition and in original packaging.
- We'll need you to provide us with the details of courier company and the tracking number of the returning package immediately after sending the courier.
- The goods must reach us in 15 days from the date of delivery of the product in case of a return or exchange.
- On demand and customized products are not returned or exchanged.
